Shipping is free on all ISHNARA orders across India.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details at the email address or mobile number provided at checkout.
DELIVERY
We currently ship orders across India.
Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, sale periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number and other delivery information are accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges, where applicable, may apply for re-delivery.
