How can I place an order?
Select your preferred ISH, choose the available size and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and select your preferred payment method.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
Shipping is free across India on all ISHNARA orders.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, partial Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders and locations.
COD availability may vary depending on order value, delivery location, courier serviceability, product availability and other operational considerations.
Where applicable, an advance payment will be required at checkout and the remaining amount will be payable at the time of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes.
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges are free of cost for eligible orders.
What condition should the product be in?
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging intact.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ishnara.co.in with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
What if a product is missing from my order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and relevant photographs/videos of the package.
Are minor colour differences considered a defect?
No.
Minor colour differences may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings and individual device displays.
Such minor differences are not considered product defects.
How will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds are generally processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken to reflect the refund depends on the relevant bank, payment provider or financial institution.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you.

Currently, ISHNARA ships within India only.
